造價(jià)過六百萬新元的“財(cái)富之泉”，位于新達(dá)城中央，由四只高達(dá)13.8米的巨大的青銅支柱供立一個(gè)直徑21米的青銅圓環(huán)而成。整個(gè)噴泉占地1683.07米。設(shè)計(jì)取意于佛教和印度教的曼荼羅思想，以巨環(huán)的壇場(chǎng)象征完整與圓滿，為無盡的力量源泉。作為新加坡的重要標(biāo)志，新達(dá)城的“財(cái)富之泉”也是該片區(qū)的核心建筑，周圍大廈林立，引人注目。根據(jù)風(fēng)水學(xué)理論，新達(dá)城防衛(wèi)極佳，有利于聚財(cái)。而財(cái)富之泉的流動(dòng)泉水負(fù)離子能散發(fā)出強(qiáng)烈的能量，會(huì)讓人感覺身心安泰。
1998年，財(cái)富之泉作為最大的噴泉，登山吉尼斯世界大全。此后這個(gè)青銅建筑逐漸成為人潮涌動(dòng)的旅游勝地。不少異地情侶和游人結(jié)伴到這里，觀賞美妙的音樂噴泉和光怪陸離的噴泉激光表演。
